Make sure your current email address is correct where it says “Current email address”  Then simply enter your new email address where it says “New Email Address”, and hit the update button at the bottom of the page. 

HTML emails let you view images, graphics and links within the email. Plain text emails contain only words, with no images, graphics or links, and are typically smaller in size.  Please note that not everyone has an HTML capable email client therefore if you are in doubt we recommend that you select Plain Text for your email format

Harbor Freight currently offers two versions of our emails that we send out twice every week.  The Retail Specials email contains coupons, sales and offers that are only available for use in one of our Harbor Freights 250+ retail stores nationwide.  The Internet Specials email contains sales and offers that are only available through our online catalog website.  If you live near a store and wish to receive coupons and special offers that are only available to our email subscribers, then the Retail Specials email is for you.  If you do not live near a Harbor Freight store, or would rather shop in the comfort of your own home, then our Internet Specials email is probably better for you. 

Yes, if you want to get both the Retail and the Internet emails, you can, but please note that we send out each version of the email two (2) times each week so you may want to adjust how often you receive each email.

Yes you can!  To adjust how often you receive our emails, simply select one of the frequency options from the list provided under each version of the email we offer.  Please note that if you selected to receive both the Retail Specials email and the Internet specials email, you have the ability to decide how often you wish to receive each email.  So say for example you wanted to get the Retail Specials email 2 times a week so you can take advantage of all of the great coupons we send out each week, but wanted to get the Internet Specials email once a month as well, all you would need to do is select “twice a week” under the Retail Specials email, and then “once a month” under the Internet Specials email.

A few times throughout the year, we may have an extra special offer that we would like to make our email subscribers aware of.  These special offers are above and beyond the typical offers you receive in our emails, and would be in addition to any other Harbor Freight emails you are already signed up to receive.  To sign up for the Special Offers email, simply check off the box in your email preference page, and we will make sure that you receive all of our special offer emails.  

While we don’t want to see you go, unsubscribing from our email list is as simple as checking the unsubscribe box on your email preference page, and then hitting the update button.  That is all you need to do.
